Service Sew-In/Jelly Roll Day

September 16th is Jelly Roll Day and this year we are celebrating a little differently. Rather than another jelly roll race, we thought let's combine Jelly Roll Day with a Service Sew-In and use jelly rolls to make quilts for our service partners!!

So on September 16th, from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM, join us at Austin Sewing Machine and Quilting for some jelly roll fun. You can work individually, or with a partner or a group. We will have some jelly roll friendly patterns to choose from or you can opt to make a typical jelly roll quilt instead.  You're also welcome to work on any other Service-related quilt.

The cost will be $5 and there is a limit of 15 spaces. Registration will open 8/25 on the AMQG Events webpage. Attendees are asked to bring their own jelly roll.

Can't make it to the Jelly Roll fun? Please consider donating a jelly roll instead. We will happily collect any donations at the September AMQG meeting and put them to good use on Jelly Roll Day.
